Corporate Social Responsibility Committee
Resulta is committed to giving back, supporting local initiatives, and making an impact where we can in our community. The Corporate Social Responsibility Committee (or CSR for short) is an employee-driven initiative that is dear to our hearts. Through this committee we're able to organize fundraisers, donation drives, walkathons, and other engaging activities that fundraise and help to raise awareness for local organizations in need.
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Committee
Resulta's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Committee (or DEIB for short) is an employee advisory group for our organization. The DEIB Committee make recommendations in the areas of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging as it pertains to the workplace. Committee members act as champions for change, and fosters growth in all areas of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging for resulta and its employees.

The application process varies depending on the position. Generally we conduct at least 2 interviews to ensure culture fit and suitability for the position. Selected candidates will be notified via email for next stages, and our talent acquisition team strives to get back to candidates as soon as possible!

With the new normal, in person interviews have been dependent on current restrictions in Nova Scotia and will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

We do not have a set dress code, and only ask that you come to your interview feeling comfortable.
